Rules:
GAME OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 AND OLDER U.S. LAWS GOVERN THIS GAME
VOID IN APO/FPO ADDRESSES, PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ALL CURRENT BROMLEY EMPLOYEES ARE DISQUALIFIED FROM PARTICIPATING.

1. Game Timing/ Description: The Bromley Mountain Ski Resort (Ski Bromley LLC), the “PROMOTER” SUN CLUB SWEEPS starts on Tuesday January 19st 12:00 noon and will run till Thursday, February 11th at 12:00 noon. Bromley will give away 100 Sun Mountain Club Cards and the drawing will be on Friday, February 13th. Sun Mountain Club Card Winners will receive notification via email. Sun Mountain Club Cards will be issued to the winners and are VOID at the end of the 2009/10 ski season.

2. How to play the Game: Go to www.bromley.com at any time during the Promotion Period. Complete the registration page including your name, address, email address, and answering the required questions.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members of Sponsor, Eligible Charities, their respective parent companies their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate. Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Game void in APO/FPOs, PR & where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Game. One entry per individual; all multiple entries will be purged prior to drawing the winners.

4. Prize Winners: All 100 prize winners will be drawn on Friday February 13th will receive an email notification within two days of the drawing, or not later than 6:00pm Sunday, February 14th. The email sent to the winners will serve as confirmation that they have won. To pick-up your club card just present your photo ID and a copy of the confirmation email at our customer’s service office and a Sun Mountain Club Card will be issued. The Sun Mountain Club members receive one day of free skiing on non-holidays and $10 off all day lift tickets anytime for the remainder of the 2009/10 season. In addition they will receive a $4 discount off of an Adventure Pass purchase for the Bromley summer Sun Mountain Adventure Park good till 10/11/2010. It is acknowledged and understood there are inherent risks in the sport of skiing and riding and that all winners will abide by the responsibility code:
1.) Always stay in control and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
2.) People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
3.) You must stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
4.) Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
5.) Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
6.) Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
7.) Prior to using any lift, you must have knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safely.
